Recovery is possible, and no one has to go through the journey alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Let’s tackle life transitions together.
With experience in mental health, working with the homeless population, and collaborating on policy efforts, I take a well-rounded approach to supporting my patients. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based techniques, problem-solving, and some DBT strategies to help individuals navigate challenges.
I want you to know that whatever you’re going through right now, you don’t have to face it alone. I understand that life can feel overwhelming—whether its anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in a place you never expected to be. But I also believe in hope, in resilience, and in the power of making small steps!
